Pretzel incident?

I have been off the air mostly, but have seen no post regarding the long scratch on *bush's right cheek (face) during the press conference with the Canadian PM. Still dimly visible during the UpUpAndAway...ToInfinityAndBeyond...ForgetIraqForgetAfghanistan announcement today. Doesn't the media lay an egg when the pres has a scratch? Could have been a killer bunny incident. Also, during NBC nightly news they made the monthly announcement that *bush is directing his election campaign and is keenly interested in the Dem candidates. They have to make that same announcement every 3 months "The pResident is directing economic policy and is keenly interested in the economy". Funny when we have a real President who is not a halfwit, they never have to announce that the President is keenly interested in something that is his job. Just thought I'd ask if anyone is noticing the same things I do. Sorry if dupe. I have 56K dial up and the site has been so bogged down I have not spent a lot of time perusing it.
