I'm happy to report that my cat has forgiven me
As you know, my cat got neutered yesterday and when I brought him home from the vet he was one angry cat. He didn't want me near him and hid in places where I couldn't get to him. If I walked into the room where he was he would leave and go to another room.

Well, I woke up about 10 minutes ago and there he was, my beloved Abbott was sleeping on a pillow next to mine. Either he has forgiven me of my sins or he realizes that the pillow on my bed is the softest place to sleep and he'll just put up with my sorry ass

1. My cat still gives me a dirty look
everytime he licks where his nuts used to be. I TOLD you to let someone else TAKE him to the vet and YOU pick him up so that you would look like the hero.

I just got my dog neutered two weeks ago..a 2 and a half year old golden retriever who had more hormones than I could handle ..they left the jewels on and simply took the lead out of the pencil...so he isn't giving me any dirty looks...and funny thing is, I had to board him at the vet a couple times during the day since he still isn't ready for PRIME TIME (chases the cats and MOWS his way into the house..and he's huge at 72 lbs and can knock my mom down) and he's happy to go there still..and they all love his encouragable ass too! :D

5. I couldn't find anyone who wasn't working or would get up that early

He's fine. He still has something back there although they seem to be all nasty looking. I know I wouldn't touch those things with my tongue, but then again I'm not a cat.

Well, time to head to bed with the kitty.

3. I Had No Idea
But my Mom's Tesla Furball has to sleep with or watch over me me every night since she disappeared last year.

Durned hard drive, low humidity and a loving critter that wants to rub enough to energize Ben Franklin's Kite.

4. Your cat's not in pain anymore
The first couple of days are a doozy for them after getting that done.
Same thing happened with one of my dogs when I got her fixed.

I thought, "How would I feel if that happened to me?".
He'll come around.
