Sounds interested. I heard the writer on NPR yesterday talking about the show and how he developed the characters. He said doing research was kinda hard because the men who would have done that work then are mostly dead now. Lots of hard livin'. He wound up talking to some of the wives.

I forgot about it after the first week. I see now they are doing radio/TV campaign to promote it, targeting people like me.

I did like it however and will seek it out again. AMC is a channel I rarely watch, it would be a shame to see this show go away.
