My FDIL talked me into coloring it. We used strawberry blonde and it lightened my hair to light brown with red tones. Thanks for the compliment, I'm feeling down. It perked me up.

You just never know what is going to jump into your mind because of a picture.

If it helps, it was my very favorite watch.

Blue and pink checkerboard pattern on the face.

I loved it!

It's true that all of those elements show up in some of the pics...

But I tried like crazy to keep the wires out of all of them...

They just degrade the landscape as far as I'm concerned!

Thank you for your compliments...

I really appreciate them!

25. too pretty, Peggy- thanks for sharing
I don't get to see enough sunrises or sunsets, unless I get out and walk some- which I never seem to find the time for.

My next house WILL have a primo nature viewing area for sunrises/sunsets/hummingbirds and it must be outdoor.

I don't have a good view to view sunrises, but I do have good hummingbird sitings.

I have a plant in my front yard that attracts them and just saw a couple as I went out to get my Sunday paper.

It is such a joy to see those flying jewels. And to hear them- they seem to be singing. I LOVE NATURE!

31. My dear blondie58!
Thanks! I appreciate your kind remarks...

I hear you about making time for getting out to see the views...

I'm not a morning person, and the sunrises here aren't all that interesting...

But the sunsets over the ocean...that's another matter!

I just have to plan a little, and I can be there...

Hummingbirds are wonderful and gorgeous...I do get them here, but photographing them takes skills I don't have!

Is that from your place??

Awesome!!! :bounce: :bounce:

Have you ever been to KeyWest and seen one of their sunsets?

:hi:

"When fear is too terrible, when reality is too agonizing, we seek escape in manufactured danger, in the thrills and pleasures of pretending-in the amusement parks of our unamusing world. Here, in frantic pretending, Man finds escape and temporary peace, and goes home tired enough to sleep a short, deep sleep. But what happens here when night comes? When pretending ends, and reality begins?"

I'd been thinking that the clouds looked promising, and as soon as they turned, I ran upstairs to get my camera and take some pics!

So glad you like them!

I've never been to Key West...I hear their sunsets, and sunrises, BTW, are astonishing...

Thank you again, for the wonderful quote...It's lovely!
