11. I start today..
6.5 pills today
6 the next day
5.5 the day after
and so on..

The doctor is somewhat concerned so I got a prescription for diazepam(valium) to take with it.

I was supposed to start last week but I was alone in the house and I don't drive so I decided to wait until my roommates got back before I started taking them. The doctor said they can have nasty side effects and she was OK with me waiting.

14. ...
Good luck. It's like legal speed for me. I sleep very little and have bad hot flashes. But the alternative is very unappealing. ;)

24. Fired up the grill and realized...
that I still have a huge chunk of London broil left over from last night.

So, roasted several peppers, an onion, a sweet potato, 'shrooms, and some asparagus to go with the reheated dead cow.
