1. letters I've written
never meaning to send...

Ah, The Moody Blues. Brings back many a stoned high school memory.

3. I had it on 8 Track
Breathe deep the gathering gloom,
Watch lights fade from every room.
Bedsitter people look back and lament,
Another day's useless energy spent.
Impassioned lovers wrestle as one,
Lonely man cries for love and has none.
New mother picks up and suckles her son,
Senior citizens wish they were young.
Cold hearted orb that rules the night,
Removes the colours from our sight.
Red is grey and yellow white.
But we decide which is right.
And which is an illusion???.

4. Great song. Best concert I attended, the Moody Blues were the backup
band for the Beach Boys. Sadly, the Moody Blues were not in finest form and the Beach Boys were better. It was still a great night.

7. Yeah but it's too bad the music video craze didn't hit about ten years earlier
Unlike the most of the dreck, their's would have been surreal and spectacular.
