Everything Changes Constantly, and there is no such thing as Solid Ground. Most suffering results from the human desire to have something solid (philosophically or physical) to regard as immortal. Letting to into free fall, or a state in which groundlessness becomes the norm, releases that suffering.

Easier said than done, but it is my primary spiritual goal right now, to embrace groundlessness, or what Chogyam Trungpa referred to as "the leap," and accept chaotic panic as the natural state of life.
