this is the LOST of comedies....
the writing is out of this world

its funny till the last 15 minutes or so
then it usually goes drama.....

9 out of 10 times I cry.....

8. It's more witty than it is laugh-out-loud funny.

I only laughed out loud once tonight. Mostly it's a battle of wits that goes so fast you have to concentrate to get it all, and you don't have any time to laugh even if something makes you want to laugh. I have to watch it with the closed captions turned on, or else I will miss a large part of the dialog. It reminds me of the style of MASH. Ana Ortiz is absolutely sensational as Hilda, and Judith Light is absolutely brilliant as Claire. The surprise for me is how talented an actress Rebecca Romijn really is. She holds her own in the middle of a large cast of highly talented actors.
