I'm not going to go into details, I'm just sayin'....I can't believe something actually works as advertised.
Pretty damn cool.

1. My mom swears by it
And she's tried EVERYthing. (The--ahem--"problem" runs in the family. I hold it at bay by drinking a large cup of REAAALLLLY strong coffee every morning. Oh yeah--and actually getting treatment for my thyroid problem, of which the "problem" is a symptom, which also runs in the family. The rest of the wimmins are in denial and won't even get tested.)

2. Hey! I thought I was the only one with it in the family!!
Never run across anyone else who says it did, they always try to get me to admit I'm not eating right or somesuch. My dad had the same problem..twice a weeek at best.
I don't have a thyroid problem, thank the Universe. Glad you got some help.
This plus my combo of supplements has me losing weight pretty well. I'm all excited...

6. Aw heck you're not alone!
:hi:

The downside of this "inheritance" is I have to also participate in the family ritual of a yearly colonoscopy when I get older. :scared: But my grandmother died of colon cancer, so it makes sense to be "proactive" about it.

5. Yogurt that contains live bacteria
(the good ones, that are normally in your gut) and, apparently additional ingredients that help you be "regular" - solving constipation problems.
