7. Roasted tofu and veggies

over rice pilaf. It was good, but not very filling. I'm hungry again.

8. "house" fried rice

with a little chicken, beef, pork, and even a handfull of shrimps! Egg and onion (green and regular - me loves onions)

no stinking peas and carrots!

10. Teriyaki eel on rice , egg drop soup, pears.......

And then my daughter surprised us with a homemade chocolate cake. She bought all the ingredients with her allowance, baked it before we came home from work and decorated it for our anniversary. My wife and I were all choked up with emotion. What a wonderful kid we have.
