Family Steals Pug Pup Down Pop's Pants
My headline is like, WAY better than theirs. Anyway...

Family Stole Pug Pup, Store Manager Says

Claudia DoCampo of News Channel 8
Published: October 18, 2007

Employees at a Largo pet store say a family of six worked together to steal a puppy, and they say they have the video to prove it.

"Grandma was involved. The 10-year-old was involved. Two teenagers and the father and the mother were involved," said Jason Smith, manager of All About Puppies at 7190 Ulmerton Road.

Smith said the family was in the store for less than 10 minutes and left with an 8-week-old pug tucked down the father's pants. The family left in a blue Dodge Caravan, Smith said.

More, and a link to the security cam video of the theft at link:

2. Why the hell did they disclose the fact that the pup was "chipped?"
I'd think that would have been info best kept on the "Need to Know."
