They are these sterling ID tags with the prominent cutout numbers "3...8...1"

What does this mean?
No one knows. No younger people around. I'll ask the loungers I said. WTF are you talking about said my partners . (ever try to explain "the Lounge" to straight Banker types who are republicans? I didn't bother)
