or somewhere on the east coast?

at approximately 10:00 pm this place seems to shut down.

Is it just me noticing this?

Is this just a DC blog?

4. I've got a great-uncle, a stepsister and some in-laws there.

I'm on the east coast a wee bit further south than that. But I work the night shift, so I don't get back here until about 3:30 eastern usually. :)

people go to bed so they can get up in the morning to go to work.
