Happy Friday, everyone!
Edited on Fri Oct-19-07 12:49 PM by ThomCat

Here, have a cookie. They're good. And you've earned one. It's been a long week.

What kind of cool weekend you're going to have? :)

(Even those of you I don't often talk to, or sometimes don't get along with very well, I hope you have a good weekend.)

A bunny sneaking a cookie! :loveya:

I wish I had a cookie...

I'm going to have a lying-around-in-my-pajamas weekend. I'm sick.

How about you?

I hope it's the games and not the office. During weekends offices are especially unpleasnt, stifley places. :P

Unless you have music! Music makes it all right. I hope that if you do go in you'll have music. :)

I have never taken a deer with a bow, and do not see it happening in the near future. It ends up being a nature watching expedition, where I have seen a variety of animals, and even a few deer, that always seem to stay just out of my comfortable range.

Not really. It's just a side-effect of moving. I'll love it when I have everything where I want it. :bounce:

I had to stop playing that Magic: The Addiction game. We ended up with the computer version which has all the cards. So much less of an investment, and just as much fun.

something that you have to play online, or is it a stand-alone game against the computer?

The boys are too young to be allowed on the internet unsupervised, but if it works as a stand-alone game, and if you say it's petty good, then I might buy it for them as a gift. :)

I hope your unpacking goes well. Have some fun too!

Some people organize that stuff and never get around to enjoying the party. And, of course, we've all heard horror stories about events you couldn't posibly enjoy because this person and that person were both invited...

I hope your daughter's shower is nothing like that. I hope it's light, and fun, and friendly, and there's a lot of laughing!

It's something I hope to experience at some point. It seems like a hell of a lot of fun. :7

I get amazed just watching people run, or walk down stairs. It's been so many years since I was able to move gracefully. I'd sit there the whole time amazed and awestruck at their balance and strength, and ability to move on those wheels.

Watching people do very physical things really is amazing. :)

44. Hi sweetie!!

No idea exactly what I'm doing this weekend. The same client who showed up with her tax information at 3:30 on Sunday (it was due Monday) wanted to know if I could do a fundraiser brochure for her tonight. Uh, no. I sit at a computer 50 or more hours a week at work. I may not have plans tonight, but I'm *not* going to work on a brochure because she still hasn't bought the computer she was supposed to buy last year. :eyes:

I may go to a concert tomorrow evening and hopefully will get a call a DUer about meeting up sometime this weekend.

Other than that, it's me and the cats. I know it could be much worse, but after 6 years, I'm tired of being alone almost all the time. :(

Tomorrow morning, after I clean the apartment, I'll be picking up my new iPhone and taking my car to get its oil changed. Then, in the afternoon, I have some friends coming from out of town. Which basically means that we'll get extremely drunk and not sleep very much.

On Sunday, I'm spending the day campaigning for John Edwards. And in the evening, I'll be preparing for Monday.

At least Saturday night will be fun...

I've had an hellaciously hectic couple of weeks. I got one evening at home when I cut choir practice O8) .

We're having an engagement party for some friends and this was really a mad thing to attempt as we are trying for it to be really nice while there is a painter upstairs as we also try to ready a completely gutted and redone guestroom in time for the mr.'s parents' arrival in early November.

I'm set to sleep through church Sunday to recuperate from the long haul.

It's good to see you hereabouts.
