MSNBC is reporting that the FBI has raided his warehouse and apartment, after reports of a "sexual indiscretion" with a woman in the Bahamas.

I wonder what he did - pull a rabbit outta her ass? That would be indiscreet.

Since when is a "sexual indiscretion" grounds for FBI harassment? Unless it involved 100 pounds of dynamite and a plot to overthrow the US Government, what one consenting adult does with another is none of the effing feds' business.
