I recommend 100% aloe vera gel mixed with a drop of german chamomile essential oil. Calendula lotion is also very healing.

And a couple of ibuprofen should take the sting off.

3. The only people beating me in triathlons had shaved legs. In 3 different races, I was the fastest with hairy legs

I kept shaving for 3 years after I stopped just because wife and I liked it. Have been thinking about it again of late.
