I finally donated, and don't know how to (I know you've heard this before...)

How to upload an avatar of my own from some know jpg soruce? I know the size has to be "little", and when I thought I'd try last night to find "small sizes", they were "too large".

Any suggestions? I have iPhoto, and MS Word. Is there a way to size jpegs using these apps?

None of this is important, but I wanted to try.

works great for resizing, too.
