16. It's built into Windows - as long as it's running the NTFS filesystem

You can always add a disk and format it with NTFS. Then assign a user on your computer for you, make them 'own' all the files and then restrict any user but you any access.

If you use a Mac there are UNIX permissions which work pretty much the same way.
