Leave Your F-IN Cell Phone At Home
I dont want to hear about your current relationships
I dont want to hear about your shopping spree
I dont want to hear about your trip to get the prescriptions filled
I dont want to hear about your horrible time you had last night
I dont want to hear about your TV show watching habits
I dont want to hear about your roommates that were fighting the other day
I dont want to hear about your pets visit to the vet
I dont want to hear any of that SH*T on the light rail or bus into work
I dont want to hear any of that SH*T on the sidewalk or in a store

And I especially dont want to get run over by a F-IN person that is talking on
their cell phone while driving

2. If you only use it at home, then you really don't need one.
Now, do you.

6. what I really don't get
are the people who work in the call center two floors above me. They literally spend their entire 8-9 hr work day on the phone talking. At the end of their shift you see them exiting the building and the first thing they all do is get on their cell phones. It’s like an addiction they have to be talking all the time about nothing!

I think that’s a big part of it, just like people who have to have a TV or radio on at home all the time. They have to have some form of outside distraction or else they’ll be left with the deafening silence of their own thoughts.

8. This AM I was stuck behind a driver who was using a handheld cell AND smoking.
It's tough to maintain the posted speed when you're steering with your (cue Match Game music) *blank*.

9. I can beat that
The other day I saw a woman driving a monster SUV, and trying to make a left hand turn against heavy traffic. She was chatting on a cell phone (tucked twixt shoulder and ear), while putting on nail polish! Steering with her elbows, I presume.

Ding-ding-ding!

Ladies and gents, we have here a future Darwin Award winna.

13. I can tie that
20-something woman in a late-60s sedan, cell in one hand, coffee in the other, brain clearly not present, steering with her knees as she made a left in front of an oncoming cable car in San Francisco.

10. I hate cell phones.
I have one but thank god that I have a car with a hands-free cell phone link. Oh and Verizon... FUCK VERIZON. If you work for them, I want to talk to you!

11. cell phones do have their place in society
however, too many people have become rude sob's with theirs. they will take calls in the middle of giving their orders at restaurants or in front of the cashier as they are being rung out. also while in the car in the passing lane!

15. Agree 100%. Everytime I've almost gotten into a wreck it was
someone on their GD cell phone not paying attention. And, if you need to have a private conversation, please go outside or in your parked car. I don't want to hear that sh*t.

16. Agree 100% Parche
they are a fucking menace on the road and a threat to the safety of those around them. And yeah, I don't want to hear your fucking conversations either. I'd hate to get killed on the road by a fucking moron yakking on the cell phone with the following conversation: "what are you doing?" "Nothing what are you doing?" "Wow that asshole in the truck behind me is really giving me a dirty look, like wow."

17. My family recently drove me nuts on vacation - with a zillion cell phone calls to verify
where eachother was. Bathroom? Checkout line? One block over? At the end of the trip someone exclaimed "Omg what would we have done without cell phones?". I was thinking "gee, we'd probably just plan ahead in stead of making it up as we go" but I kept my mouth shut in the name of family peace.
