Anyone remember Lazerus and Nothingshocksmeanymore from DU?

I know they are both in the SD/LA area. I'm especially horrible because I know that Laz is married to another DU whose name I totally forget.

Anyhow - has anyone heard from either of these 2 if they're ok with all the fires going on.

6. Hey Lynne - Laz is doing well enough -

The smokey air is playing havoc with his eyes and the weather is affecting his arthritis, but otherwise we're safe - we live near Balboa Park now. We do have an evacuation plan should the entire city of San Diego go up in flames which is pretty much what will have to happen should we be in any danger from the fires at this point.
We used to live in Northwest Lakeside - about 20 miles east, which is currently under a voluntary evacuation order. It's all of the other SoCal DU'ers we know - like Frylock and Maveric, who live in areas that are close to evacuation areas, and all the others we haven't met personally, that we're worried about. (as well as almost every single immediate co-worker of mine who have either been evacuated or are waiting to be evacuated)

NSMA lives in Huntington Beach - so far as I know, she's in a safe zone.

Laz says Hi! and he misses you. He just hasn't been able to sit at a computer for any length of time so his DU time is pretty much just lurking.
