If Rice-A-Roni TRULY is San Francisco's "treat," then what the HELL does that tell you?
It's a box of rice and broken spaghetti and an envelope full of beef or chicken flavored SALT.

And yet it's the defining moment of San Francisco.

I expect MORE.
