I have free weights (5, 8, & 10#), ankle weights, a weight bench, and a Nordic Track (which I HATE using, because it's horrendously tedious.)
I have videos- pilates and aerobic/cardio (and Carmen Electra's strip-workout, but I don't think that works so well.)

You can't really "build your backside" by itself. Your best bet is to focus on your hamstrings, and your ass will follow.

My Mom's family all hails from up near Lutsen. The amount of development that's occurred up the shore is staggering.

visiting the Split Rock lighthouse. Wow was that excellent. My son and I are railfans, and so we also paid a visit to the Depot in Duluth. That was cool, too. Fun trip, in the 3 seasons-- I've skiied in Lutsen in January.... Yeah, northern MN in winter is for ONLY the true and the diehards! :brrr: :-)

As for the development; sad, but necessary to get the cityfolk's $$$ up there;-)

and I take my kids to the Depot every year. They have a neat Halloween party there.

My grandparents own 180 acres up north. I wonder what that will be worth one day, if development continues...
