What's for lunch?
Me?

I had a chicken breast (rubbed in salt, pepper and pasilla chili powder before grilling) on a whole wheat bun, romaine lettuce and fresh tomatoes from the garden. Oh yeah - I had Sierra Nevada Porter Mustard on it.

Yum!

18. Unfortunately it's all mangled and in my stomach
But picture if you will...a whole wheat french roll, toasted, with a big leaf of romaine, red tomato slices and a chicken breast with dark spots, some from charring and some from the pasilla chili.

4. I had a terrific salad from our salad bar...
one of the items was a curried cous-cous w/ chickpeas and orange segments

there were roasted beets too

and marinated mushrooms.

I had all that w/ greens, shredded carrots, kidney beans, real bacon bits, broccoli, and a scoop of cottage cheese.

(I usually just dress my salad w/ a little olive oil and some black pepper)

11. Thought you'd never ask!
Homemade pizzas on storebought (frozen) dough.

One with caramelized onions, sauteed green peppers and mushrooms, colby, mozzarella and provolone.

One with all that 'cept mushrooms because my bro had a bad experience in a mushroom house as a youth.

:hi:
