What on earth would make a tot poop aquamarine poop?
I'm wondering if she ate a pen...

Today when I changed Tavernertot's diapers, her poop was a lovely shade of aquamarine. It looked like how Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse would have pooped.

3. Fruit roll-ups
or anything like that. My kid once pooped neon green after eating that stuff; the pediatrician said they see it all the time.

I never bought the stuff again.

6. No colored cereals, no fruit roll ups, no funny colored foods
Yesterday she ate black beans, chicken, biscuits, green beans, broccoli, formula and milk.

She actually didn't eat much of the chicken - she hates meat.

8. I'm betting on the black beans
My 16 month old's poop can be pretty multicolored sometimes too.

Ah the joys of parenting :)

10. Youre kidding me? She ate all that?
Actually, I remember the days when Littlebooklover would eat all sorts of things... Now the repetoire is limited to pizza, sausages, fresh french bread, spinach rolls on occasion, and rice soup. And that's, like, it.

16. I had a "blue food rule" with my kids
they were forbidden from eating blue food, because there is nothing in nature that is both blue and edible, with the exception of blueberries, but my kids did not eat them. So no blue Koolaid, no blue jello, no blue fruit rollups.

Then they came out with blue M&Ms, and that was the end of that rule...

The purple dye in grape jello turns green under the right Ph conditions.

Speaking from experience here...

They usually end up on the wall at her age, so she doesn't get any...

you didn't stop to think about the blue poo, did you?

I'll bet it was a combination of the beans and the formula.

22. Well if it repeats itself (she loves black beans) your theory will be proven
But I've seen what she eats. I feel sorry for her future boy or girlfriends, because they will have to kiss that mouth.
