Is it true that your nose and ears keep growing after the rest of your face has stopped?

1. From my observation

it seems that the nose and ears remain the same size in proportion to the face, until old age is achieved. At this time they start growing again on their own.

I have no idea what it is that I shall encounter later in life that I will need massive ears and nose to meet it, but we shall see.

6. Maybe, maybe not--

In my youth, I had small, pretty earlobes, now, at sixty-something, they are large and funny looking.

My nose was always large, so I haven't noticed any difference there.

And a bunch of fat left my thighs and settled in my bosom---but also at my waistline, unfortunately!
