It is leftover night at the Witch house
We have left over pulled pork, left over chicken stirfry and some odds and ends. I LOVE leftover night - my daughter and husband...they do not love it so much. :)

You work hard meal planning and cooking! I like leftover nights too! We're not doing that tonight... I've got a little prime rib in the oven....yummmmmmm... With new potatoes and steamed asparagus to round out the meal... :hug:

10 minutes per lb. on 500 degrees and then 10 minutes per lb. on 200 degrees medium rare in the middle every time.
