3. one of my favorites
are you referring to the upcoming movie with Will Smith? the storyline is supposed to be closer to the Omega Man than the other film adaptation they did (the Last Man on Earth)

4. which one was close to the book?
I saw ads for this movie during the WS. I love this type of scifi and was hoping it would be good.

6. Omega Man
although in the book he doesn't have a large arsenal of weapons, and the ending of the book is much more....poignant? than the films...

it's a quick read, less than 200 pages if I remember correctly, you should check it out
