5. Morning? Wake up?
I did that for the first time in months today. 'Twas a bit weird. Usually I go to sleep in the morning and wake up in the evening.

too bad that's when I have to go to work. but if I were independently wealthy, ala Megamillions lottery winner, I'd probably end up a vampire

41. Well, I spent two and a half years working evenings to late night, then another almost three years
working the night shift and going to bed between 8 am and noon. I just turned in my two weeks notice for that job last week, although I would have done it two weeks ago had they not jerked me around for a week about whether I could get a family medical leave or not. (apparently grandparents aren't family. Just parents, spouses and children. :\ ) I'm looking at moving tomorrow, so I'm debating whether to show up for work tonight or not. :)

12. 5:30 but..
I get up at 5:30 and make breakfast and then I watch Star Trek on TV Land at 6:00 and then at 7:00 when it's over I sleep for another hour, so I'm not up for good until at least 8:00 usually. (The cats hate for me to get out of bed, so I don't wanna make them unhappy in the morning :D )

15. Start at 7.
That's when my radio switches on, then I doze back to sleep. A second alarm goes off at either quarter past or half past (depending on whether I've been organised enough to iron a shirt the night befoer) which is when I get up, make coffee, iron shirt (if needed), shower, shave, dress and eat breakfast (in that order).

Saturdays, all bets are off - sometimes I'm bouncing around before 9, mostly I manage to stagger towards breakfast at about midday.

31. 8-ish; 8:20 to be exact
I used to get up at "stupid o'clock" as Stephanie Miller says, when I worked and MG Jr. had preschool in the morning. Now all hail SAHM-ism and preschool that starts at noon, especially because MG Jr. is just like his mama was at his age--a night person, never goes to bed before 9 p.m. Plus he's a 3 a.m. "wanderer"--once he finally passes back out (in our bed :eyes: ) he snags another several hours of sleep, as do I. And for some reason his internal clock wakes him up at 8:20. I have no idea why. Then again, there are a lot of things about toddlers I don't understand...

36. Nice!
Sigh--the wonders of being a guy. I envy you. When I had to get to work at 8:30, it was stupid o'clock for this female, because the morning regimen included but was not limited to...shower, hair, makeup, dress (tussling with pantyhose tacks on many extra minutes), try to get toddler out of bed, dress toddler, brush toddler teeth, comb toddler hair, haul toddler away from toys, pack some toddler toys, pack toddler car snack, grab toddler school backpack, grab work bag, grab lunch, cajole toddler to get the FRICK IN THE CAR...etc.

We may be broke now, but I am far less of a nervous wreck these days.

38. My work schedule changes from week to week but I usually don't have to be in before 12 or 1
so that enables me to sleep to at least 10am except on Fridays when I have to be at work by 9. Today I was off so I slept until 11. My work schedule is perfect for me because I'm a night owl and can't manage to fall asleep before 2-3 am anyway
