Yes, it is true. I am off the wagon...
I began drinking coffee again. SO much for my no caffeine policy. After 1 month of miserableness, I am back on.

Please help me.

1. Help?
Help you how?

I quit drinking caffeine for years, back when I was bothering to make an effort to be healthy. Then I gave up. :D

5. High Blood Pressure
Stress was one cause, Caffeine was another. I should be stronger, but I am not. No caffeine dropped my blood pressure significantly. I am killing myself with caffeine, and I am dying without it... I can't win.

9. What about decaf?
Edited on Mon Oct-29-07 11:39 AM by redqueen
Did you try it? Tastes much the same...

Sorry to hear about your blood pressure... do you exercise? Meditate? Eat a low-salt diet?

There are a lot of things that can affect your blood pressure... hope you can find a lifestyle change that works for you. Good luck!

11. Real Fruit Juice
I started drinking that when I gave up caffeine last year. Seemed to help. Natural sugar to overcome the loss of energy.

so does decaffeinated. It has 50% of the caffeine.

It does NOT have no caffeine, just 50% less.
