In the Spring, you move Mountain Standard Time to Pacific Daylight Time. In the Fall, you move back to Mountain Standard Time.

So you gotta turn the clocks back an hour for the time-zone change, then ahead an hour for the DST change! It's TWICE as much work!!!!!!

The only problem here with not changing the clocks is that some of the cable stations don't adjust for that fact and shows will start an hour earlier or later depending on the season.
