3. my neck is tweaked and I'm self-medicating with wine and advil
:( I was on an all-day field trip with ShineGirl's 5th grade class. We went to see Shekespeare Santa Cruz's fun rendition of "Princess and the Pea", they always have a fun family holiday production and today was for the schools. I'm completely fried. Plus, my mom is showing up in 10 minutes for our Xmas gift exchange and dinner here. Sigh....I just wanna lie down and ice my neck.

Hope your head is feeling better soon, hon.

10. Do you get them with weather changes? Frontal movement?
That seems to bring mine on.
I can always tell when a front's coming through.
Not severe, thankfully.
Just a mild, dull ache.
And yes, it's worse when I cough.

13. Doc told me that stress was primary cause.
Not for everyone, but most common.
Until then I didn't 'believe' in stress.
But now I do.

14. yeah i know
stress actually is a metallurgical term

describes the point at which a metal is "stressed" to the point that it breaks

pretty good term for the other kind of stress
