My Holiday Wish By Prudence A$&*#$ (Mommy made me censor my last name)
I wish every animal all the peace and love
and for them to know the true meaning of
what it really means to have a home
Like what I've found this year.

The home before was nothing more
Than a house with people mean to the core.
Now I know love and kisses
Warm sweaters, treats and more kisses.

May you all sleep warm and tight
With your masters every night.
And pray for those who don't have it so good
Wishing them blessings just like this the whole year through!

18. IT struck me yesterday...

That all your dogs match except for Lucy. Was this planned? Even your cats match.

20. Nothing was planned.

Buddy & Angel with their pup PeeDee lived up the road but the house burned & the dogs couldn't go to the apartment the owners moved to. The house was a rental & was never rebuilt. They had lived here since they were pups and came down to visit me every day when I was rehabbing my house. I couldn't let them go to the pound so I agreed to take them in. Both girls were pregnant but only had three pups between them that lived (Moe, Curly & Larry). Angel passed this summer from kidney failure. Lucy showed up in my doghouse one day in October & I decided to keep her.

Chairman Meow & Flea Taxi were found by the side of the road after a trooper pulled me over for speeding. They were very young when I found them, obviously dumped. The fine was well worth finding them. The trooper even helped me round them up after he was finished writing the ticket.

I was thinking the same thing last night as the wind was howling and the rain flying horizontally across the yard; all my kitties were inside warm and snug, but there were so many feral kitties outside. I opened our downstairs porch, set out some food, built a few lean-to shelters, and hoped they'd be used if needed. Wishing every creature warmth, food, and love.

I'm Trina, a little bed warmer and I just love being buried in every blanket on the bed. I really don't care too much for this cold weather because my patubies get quite cold when the smallest amount of snow has fallen. I had a sweater picked out but my dumb dad won't let me wear it! I get back at him by licking his hands when we are outside in the freezing windy weather. That sure makes him sore. I thank you for your holiday wish and may your holidays be all you expect! I gotta go yap at the wind some more. Hec, its all I can do to get back at my dad for not getting me a sweater.

WOOF! I'm Cripple! My dad thinks I'm big and dumb, but I just do stuff to make him laugh. He sounds funny when he does that. Lately I've had a personal itch. I can go for hours scratching it with my teeth. I think dad is getting me a harness for Christmas. He wants me to pull him in the snow. I hope he does it because I have plans. Big and stupid pffft! I want to run him full speed through the briers. Annyhow.. I got to go back to chompin. I hope your year is sparkely!
