The "I don't want to go back to work tomorrow" thread

As I sit here, it's starting to become clear that I have to go to bed on time tonight, wake up early tomorrow, and plod through the day

and I don't wannnna.

I want to finish The Shock Doctrine- stay up late in PJs and drink hot cocoa.

I know that tomorrow's going to absolutely stink- have to do buttloads of data entry- which tends to end with me getting a migraine and throwing up about 6 hours into a data set.

Yes, I've had my eyes checked... Rx is correct. Usually starts off with a regular tension headache which transforms into a migraine. Great, eh?

I get tension headaches from doing a lot of DE, but doesn't end in migraine and stuff for me. Do you have an anti-glare screen over your monitor? Can you set your font sizes any bigger? :hug:

11. Yes it does!

Yeah, already have a glare screen... I have to read from a paper form that is impossible to follow- the thing was set up poorly- more space for the coder, and it's read vertically instead of horizontally, which means I lose my place on the page and I'm sunk- the columns all blend together. It takes forever and it's ridiculously mind numbing, but once you let your head go, you miss something...

I've been off for 13 days and I am going to hate going back tomorrow! The kids will feel the same so we will just have to work through it together. Fortunately, we have so much to do before midterms that they won't have time to be bored. :hi:

Meh. I have lots of tedious programming to do... Urgh. But I worked last W-Fr, and Monday of this week, too, so... never got much out of the rut, so to speak. x(

Ah well, it's only a three-day work week!
