I just got my first bass as a christmas present. Bass playing already has a bad enough rap without him adding to it.

I have to say, although I'm not a Huckabee supporter, he was a strong advocate for music education - and made sure that EVERY school in Arkansas was required to offer not only elementary music, but also instrumental AND vocal music in the high schools.

17. Playing bass is the only thing I like about Huck, it's about time we

had a bass player in the WH, after all, the bass player is the most important member of the group. Indeed, the other group members should properly be considered "assistants to the bass player", since they primarily exist to provide an environment for the bass player to perform. Perhaps with a Huck administration, a grievous injustice will be corrected by the building on the National Mall in DC of the "John Alec Entwistle Memorial". I'm thinking something along the lines of the Lincoln Memorial, only bigger.
