Wireless audiophiles... can I send music wirelessly from my laptop to my stereo which

has a stereo mini input slot? If so, what do I need to buy? I imagine some sort of device that plugs in to the input slot on the stereo. Thanks.

edit, although I think you may need itunes initially, and it is free, you can use other sources with teh software that I can not remember the name of.

4. My set up...

I have one of these:


I have the server software running on my pc, and the device above is plugged into my receiver (I use the digital optical connection). The device connects to my wireless router, (could use wired if I chose) and it streams to my receiver in my home entertainment system. The server software controls the organization of the music, etc. I can also stream online radio, audio podcasts, etc. It's the bees knees. Oh, I can also connect to the server via the internet and stream my music over the net from any location.

You don't need the device to run the software (FREE) - so you could use the software (and it's nice), but I don't know how you'd get the music to your receiver.
