Got some rice a-cookin' .. lightly seasoned with saffron. Got a spinach salad with sections of California Satsumas (Mandarin oranges) and a ginger-soy dressing. I think I still have a 2007 Beaujolais Nouveau in the cellar. I'll send Nick-Nick down to fetch it.
Dr. D. is in Manhattan for a big client meeting tomorrow. Since she is on a diet, I can pig-out this week! Oiiiiink!  Osso Buco |
