I just got the funniest late holiday gift....
The 2008 Out of Office Countdown! To the Glorius End-Jan 20,2009!
Anyway, It features a daily countdown of how many more days of Chimpy...And it has the GOOFIEST pictures of the Chimp, I have to say. But its just loaded with particularly stupid/funny quotes, some of which I had never heard. I was at a get together with my family many of whom reading some of these things said the same as me..Did he REALLY say that..Kind a sad if you think of it.
But I thought I would share a couple of the gems I hadn't heard before...

"I've been to war.I've raised twins. If I had a choice, I'd rather go to war." Charleston, West Virginia, January 27,2002--
(wonder how that would play in Iraq?)

"We're concerned about AIDS inside our White House-make no mistake about it"..Feb 7, 2001

Once speculating about journalists favorite foods he said "Brie and cheese". August 23,2001

And finally the truly pathetic..."My administration has been calling upon all the leaders in the-in the Middle East to do everything they can to stop the violence, to tell the different parties involved that peace will never happen"......Crawford Texas, August 2001.

Anyway, its a funny funny calender. Just 380 more days....

2. I think I got the same one. Is January the one where he can't figure out
which door he has to open because he walked the wrong way off stage? February's picture is going to be hard to have up for a whole month. I may break out the sharpie and doodle on it a bit each day.
