Hey guys the movie Tombstone is on again, damn I must see this movie everytime it comes on.

I must have seen it a least 500 times already.

I really don't like western movies but I like this one.

It just started on Encore.

1. It's pretty accurate, historically speaking.

I grew up about 30 miles west of Tombstone and used to go there every couple of months. I was suffused with the legend growing up.

They nailed the notion that the Earps were not true "law and order" types. Just a bunch of opportunists looking to get rich. And the actor playing Ike Clanton was a dead ringer for the real guy. It was uncanny, the resemblance. One thing they got wrong was the timeline of when Wyatt met Josephine. They didn't meet until after the famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral. Still, a pretty good movie; very entertaining.
