with racing thoughts and target behaviors, was up till 3: 30 and what time did I wake up.....7 am......grrrrrrrr.....feeling a little crappier than yesterday, of course I jinxed myself, but still think the dying part is over.....fingers crossed.....good vibes I don't relapse

If it's been building up for awhile it might be a medication issue. Otherwise can you see your therapist in the next day or two? That might help some (it helps for me).

I think it just built up from being so sick and frustrared for so long......my new meds seem to be working ok, except for last night....:hug:
