This girl is helping rake the field. Why's everyone making comments on her intelligence, not believing she's a real worker, whatever? Yeah a photo was taken of the event, and yeah she's a pretty cheerleader. That doesn't mean anything. Most of the posts in this thread stereotype her in a negative way. Why?

16. i don't think it's upside down

it looks as though the spikes come back up, they are lighter color than the bottom portion, which is actually in front of the spikes, not attached. you can see that the front part where they attach to the wooden handle is actually correct

I know what leveling is. She's either raking or leveling, it's hard to tell in the picture. Either way, she's doing something. She's probably in her uniform for school spirit. When I was in high school on the soccer team, we would do shit like that too, wear our uniforms whenever we could. It's just for unity.

I thought underpants posted a good picture considering the upcoming game, and then everyone sort of turned it into a joke on the poor girl. Being in the communications industry has made me realize that these things, posting on message boards, they do eventually get back to the source. And that girl's going to read these jokes on her, unwarranted, and feel like shit. So I guess I've just become a little more sympathetic to joking on people on seemingly anonymous message boards in my "old" age.

The photo shows a pretty young woman volunteering her time, trying to make a difference and some seem to delight in finding ways to cut her down. And no, I don't think this would have happened had it been a picture of a guy.

Some people here jumped at the opportunity to make fun of an attractive young woman who is out there trying to make a difference. The justice is, since those people were wrong about it, is simply shows their ignorance.
