3. It's a wonderful concept and one that most of us could adopt.

There have been people who have helped me at one time or another in my life who I will never be able to pay back. Therefore, when I can I try to help someone else and consider that I've paid something forward. It's a simple lesson of sharing.

On a knitting and crochet community, called Ravelry we have group called Pay It Forward. We have up tp 6 months to make something for our angels, then they Pay It Forward, and so on and so on.
