4. I went there for lunch today...
...the sandwich in the photo is a grilled chicken bahn mi. Bahn Mi is the name of the sandwich. They generally come with some form of chicken, pork or tofu. The jalapenos really are necessary as they add a beautifully orchestrated "punch" to the other ingredients.

The restaurant is a local hole-in-the-wall in a little strip mall. The sandwich cost $2.75.

9. That baguette is "crispy"...
...a common problem with this type of sandwich is that some places make them with rock-hard, rip-up-your-mouth French rolls. Not this place. The baguette is just right...crispy on the outside but not "hard," soft on the inside. They are obviously fresh.
