Don't tell me they don't exist. If there's a market, an entrepreneur will try to serve it. It's that entrepreneurial spirit that Republicans talk about while Democrats actually put into practice. It's a good thing to get more minorities and women into the business world.

From their website:

"For many years, market leaders have ignored the special requirements of people of color with regard to first-aid and various other healthcare products. The condition of the industry can no longer be tolerated.

In 1997, Identity Products, Ltd was founded to introduce new and innovative versions of products already in wide distribution in the market place, but failing to demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of people of color. Our Company's focus is to research and identify the needs for these products and bring them to the national and international marketplace.

Identity's first product introduced to the public is the Ebon-Aide™ Adhesive Bandage Strip. This product is manufactured in five shades and three different sizes to match the skin tones of most people of color. "

1. Reminds me of when I told a friend
I had a flamingo tattoo on my ass. Somebody asked "is it pink?", and a friend visiting from Ireland said "What color do you think his fooking ass is?"

3. When TM was four, she was sitting in her car seat and asked me
"Mommy, why are my hands pink?" So, I took that opportunity to explain to her about different races, etc.,

After listening, she said. "No, that's not it, I was playing with pink chalk".

So much for the lesson on race.
