Job search question, replying to ads

with nothing but an email address.

I'm having trouble with the appropriate salutation. Usually you use the formal

"Dear HR or Hiring name here"

But, if you don't know the name, and there's no number to call, just a fax, what's the best way to go about responding with the proper Salutation?

1. I think a simple "Greetings!" would suffice.
