what's a good multivitamin to take?

1. My tried and tested advice.....

I had bariatric surgery and do not absorb everything from my food, therefore, I must supplement with vitamins and have tests done annually to make sure I'm getting what I need.

This year my labs came back great - was a bit low on calcium but have increased it and what I take is good old over the counter Centrum. Because of my malabsorption I take one in the morning and one at night but in a normal person, the one a day should do it. I hope this helps!
