Which dial-up service do you recommend??

Lately, I've been having problems with my DSL going in and out, leaving me with no Internet connection whatsoever. I know some folks on DU still use dial-up. Which service should I sign-up for as a backup the next time my DSL goes out (which could be any second now!)?

DSL is the pits, finally gave it up for Roadrunner. rock solid since then.

2. Just hoping to find something cheaper.

I talked to a lady at Comcast today who said there was a $142.95 turn-on fee. :wtf:

3. whoa. I have brighthouse, they hooked me up for nothing down, got a special price for

first 2 months. then they gave me same deal when i moved.

i gave up my land line, now only cell and cable interent.
