Codename: Heffer
Edited on Tue Jan-15-08 08:39 PM by YellowRubberDuckie
I am now codename heffer (Heifer, but the idiot doesn't have the courtesy to spell it right)at work. There are a few backbiting idiots at work who constantly talk about me behind my back. I over heard them talking rather loudly, and when someone asked them who they were talking about, they pointed at me. Like I'm a complete moran and wasn't paying attention. I also assumed it was me, as one of them decided to forward an innocent email to her husband and she hit reply instead and called me a heffer, but she's too stupid to spell it right.
So, while I'm working my ass off, over loaded, these idiots are gossiping and talking about everyone they dislike. These women are nearly 40. I feel like I am back in Junior High, and I fucking hated Junior High. I was not popular. I was nothing. No one took notice of me and I had no friends. I feel like that sometimes at work. Thank God for the workload and my IPOD.
Anyone else having office issues? Please commiserate. Thank you.
Duckie

1. That sucks...
:hug::hug::hug:
It's small consolation right now, I know...but mean people do tend to get theirs.
Wish you were here...I'd buy you a pizza and a beer or something!

5. Thanks!
I am not really pissed off, I'm more perplexed. The woman is nearly 40 years old and she acts 5.

2. This makes me SO mad for you

:grr: :nuke: :grr:

How can people be so mean, insensitive, and completely heinous???

Probably no consolation, but they must have the self-confidence of a dog turd... and that's why they're putting you down.

So sorry you have to deal with this BS...

4. I would kick their ass
I'm not kidding - last time I saw that I stomped on a guy's foot - last time he made snarky remarks about me

8. That's awful, and I'd go straight to HR if I were you.
I used to work in labor & employment law, and saw employers get the shit sued out of them for allowing employees to do what your coworkers are doing. It's wrong, and you shouldn't have to work in that kind of environment.

9. I told my direct supervisor whom I can confide in.
It should be ok. He is recently pissed at her himself.
