Today and tomorrow I am babysitting my nephew...

while everyone else goes to the wake and funeral. He is a sweetheart so it should be fun, but I've never baby-sat him for so long, by myself and I'm a little nervous. He is a little finicky, and I''m afraid he won't want to eat for me or let me change him....but I love the little lad and we'll work it out and have a great time together.

but he has been in a Mommy only phase lately....so lets hope he doesn't scream his little two year old head off.....

It is amazing.. People that think they can't properly care for a child magically snap into the role of awesome caretakers when they need to. I'm a weird dude and managed to take care of my sisters son without training. He might had a diaper on his head once but he is still alive.
