WTF
I know you are not supposed to weigh yourself everyday....but I jumped on the scale again this morning and it said I gained two lbs. since yesterday afternoon.....not possible....:wtf:

1. that happens, if you had a lot of salt the day before or
drank a lot of water or you know, haven't done your business...of you are going to weigh yourself everyday, pick a specific time to do it, have the same amount of clothing...and what i've found is that how i ate in the days before doesn't really show up on the scale for a few days for some reason.

in other words, if i eat properly, my weight doesn't budge for a few days, then it starts coming down even if i eat improperly for a few days.

i think the point of weighing yourself everyday is to realize what your weight is so that you know when you need to exercise food discipline.

I did have a couple beers last night....so I'm hoping its just fluid weight and will come down tomorrow.....but how discouraging.

3. meh, weight can fluctuate
water, salt, fluids, all change from day to day

either your scale is inaccurate or you had something with a lot of salt or sodium content prolly.

thanks I just needed some reassurance that cheating a little and having a few beers wasn't horrible of me.....I won't weight myself again until Tuesday morning (my once a week time) and I'll let you know how I did for the week. :hi:

5. For a woman
Time of the month can indeed influence weight. When I was dieting I would often notice at one time of the month I would put on an extra lb or 2. Retaining water, I suppose. In fact, I found tracking my weight gave me a better sense of when my menstrual cycle would start..it was THAT consistant
