2. Talk about a futile effort. I'll never buy anything significant

from Best Buy. They rip off too many people, too often. At this point it's not just an occasional mistake. It's clearly store policy.

5. I won't buy a battery from Best Buy

They wouldn't honor an extended warranty on a computer I had a few years ago when the hard drive borked.

Google "best buy complaints;" they've got more than just about anybody. It does seem as if it's company policy to say "Not our problem."

The most I'll do for them is restrain myself from peeing on their floor.
